The service-request form collects your name, phone, email, preferred contact method, service address or ZIP code, appliance details, reported issue, preferred date, time-of-day preference, and consent choices. Do not submit card, bank, or payment credentials.

Why it is collected

FairFix uses the information to review the request, determine whether it is within the approved service area, assess what additional information may be needed, coordinate availability, and maintain operational records.

Storage, retention, and control

Valid requests are stored in FairFix's private operations database and are visible only through role-protected internal workflows. The owner controls operational retention and may archive records rather than destructively deleting business history.

Cookies and tracking

The public request form uses a short-lived security cookie to prevent forged submissions. Staff authentication uses separate cookies limited to private portal paths. The public website uses no analytics, advertising trackers, third-party cookies, or advertising profiles.

Security limitations

FairFix applies access controls, request validation, rate limits, and other safeguards, but no website or storage system can promise absolute security.
